Connecticut Beekeepers Association Bloom Tracker

Bee collecting nectar on a bright yellow flower, against a blurred green background. The scene is serene and natural.

Share Your Bloom Observations with our New Bloom Tracker

Connecticut Beekeepers Association is excited to introduce a new resource for members: the Bloom Tracker Observation Tool, a shared Google Sheet that allows beekeepers to record and view bloom activity throughout the state. Users can log important details like bloom dates, plant types, locations, bloom color, and nectar or pollen value—along with links to plant photos via iNaturalist.

Support Local Beekeepers and Pollinators

By contributing your bloom observations, you’ll help paint a clearer picture of which plants are blooming when—and where bees and other pollinators are most active. This community-driven tool is designed to support colony management, encourage seasonal awareness, and foster collaboration among CBA members.
