Due to concerns about Covid19 Ted Jones will be holding virtual workshops using Zoom.
Hands-on session in best practices for mid-summer and fall hive management. Includes a close look at several hives to assess the condition, feeding options, mite detection, and control techniques.
The workshop is led by Ted Jones, Massaro Farms Apiary Manager, and past president of the Connecticut Beekeepers Association. Appropriate attire is necessary: long trousers and long sleeves. Veils will be provided, or bring your bee suit.
