Annual Membership Meeting

Please check that you are signed in using the email you used to purchase your CBA membership. Check this by signing in and navigating to your My Membership page using the membership menu.

Please check that you have not already registered for the event. One free or discounted ticket per member, per event is available. If you have already registered for an event, and attempt to register again, you will be charged full price for another ticket.

To check, navigate to your "My Events" area from the sign-in dropdown menu.

You must register for each Bee Talks event in order to receive Bee Talks Zoom links. You'll get the link in your confirmation email and again 1 hour prior to the start of each Bee Talks.

Register for events to receive Zoom links for online events.

You will receive Zoom links upon registration confirmation, and again prior to the event start.

All participants at our bee yard activities or any other CBA-sponsored event involving live bees must bring their own personal protective equipment designed specifically for beekeeping. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have complete coverage of bare skin with light-colored clothing (nothing black) and must wear a proper bee veil or bee suit and closed-toed shoes at all times. Bees sting and inject venom, so if you are concerned about your reaction, please consult a physician before attending.

If there is inclement weather on the day of this event, we will reschedule and notify you accordingly. Please check your email for notifications about the event.
